The Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau is here to see that your meeting is successful and memorable. Housing, meeting centers, caterers...we can fill your needs. What's more, we give you the day-to-day backup that will make your meeting an enjoyable, worry-free experience. The Convention Staff can assist you with a selection of the best facilities to meet your requirements. Memphis has facilities to accommodate groups of all sizes. The Convention Sales Staff can provide the following:
- A formal presentation to an Executive Committee or Board of Directors
- Site-inspection arrangements
- Assistance in coordinating meeting and exhibit space in the Convention Center, FedExForum, or Agricenter
- Hotel meeting space and guest room coordination based on your meeting and convention specifications
Need a magician, a jazz combo, something for spouses to do on a Wednesday afternoon? From the location of the nearest golf course to a keynote address by "Mark Twain," we can suggest the who and what or supply you with a choice of firms offering the services needed.
