The RK Group Bluff City

The RK Group Bluff City took over the catering contract at the Renasant Convention Center in February 2024. We bring a long history of chef-driven culinary experiences to the Memphis community. Our company was founded in 1946 by Rosemary Kowalski with the start of Uncle Ben's BBQ. In the 1980s, her son Greg Kowalski, took over the company and built The RK Group. We are now an empire in the events and hospitality industry. Today we operate all over the country with our newest addition to the Memphis community, and we are excited to be here!
